The Plain Weave Fabric and Twill weave

Plain Weave Fabric:  The warp and weft of plain weave weave in an upward and downward pattern. That is, the warp and weft yarn is interlaced every other yarn, so the interweaving point is the most, the yarn buckling point is the most, so that the fabric is firm, wear-resistant, stiff and smooth, but the elasticity is relatively small, the luster is general, plain weave fabric density can not be too high, relatively thin, wear resistance is good, air permeability is good.

Twill weave: A complete weave shall have at least three warp and three weft interwoven, with only one warp weave point on each weft. Oblique lines are formed on the surface of the fabric by continuous texture points. Twill weave is the appearance effect of twill weave on the surface of fabric made up of float or weft thread. The warp and weft yarns of twill fabric are interwoven less than plain yarns, because the pores between warp and weft yarns are smaller and the yarns can be arranged more closely, so that the fabric is dense and thick. Twill fabrics feel softer than plain fabrics, good elasticity. But because twill fabric float long line is longer, in the condition of warp and weft yarn thickness, density is same, wear resistance, fastness is inferior to plain weave fabric. Cloth surface has obvious oblique grain, feel, luster, elasticity is better.
