The most common form of recycled polyester is known as RPET

RPET poliester fabric  is a new type of eco-friendly recycled PET fabric with its yarn made from plastic bottles, so it also calls recycled plastic bottle fabric,it’s uses recycled green fiber raw materials.The most common form of recycled polyester is known as RPET, which comes from discarded clear plastic bottles instead of raw petrochemicals. Polyester fabric recycling, where the actual polyester yarn is recycled, is less common. In this case, scraps and textiles are broken down into fibre components that can then be spun into the recycled yarns. The process of the yarn is: First, Plastic bottle recycling. Second, factories smash the recycled plastic bottles into pieces. Third, process it by spinning. Then, dye and print the fabric. From the stage of regeneration and slicing, each production stage must be certified by GRS regeneration before it can be successfully transferred to the next stage, which can be called GRS regeneration certification, and then a TC-transaction certificate can be issued to the next stage.

How to wash satin fabric?

1. Hand washing is best: put a small amount of neutral detergent in cold water, and then mix the detergent in the water with your hands before putting in the clothes; the clothes should not be soaked in water for more than five minutes; gently scrub and rinse with your hands, Do not wring it dry, hang it to dry in the shade; if it is not ironed, it can be flattened by hand when the garment is 70% dry.
2.When washing satin clothes, the clothes must be turned over. Dark satin clothes should be washed separately from light colors; when there are more than two colors on the clothes, it is best to do a color fading test.
3.Please use special satin detergents for washing, avoid alkaline detergents, soaps, washing powders or other detergents, never use disinfectants, and never soak them in detergent products.
